Terms of Service

DirectoryAgent is a directory submission service. When you purchase, we visit third-party directory websites on your behalf and submit your product information (name, URL, description, etc.) to their listing forms. Submissions are spread over several weeks to ensure natural, lasting results.

The Service covers form submission only. We do not guarantee:

• ·That any directory will approve or publish your listing
• ·The timing of when a listing goes live (each directory independently reviews submissions)
• ·The placement, visibility, or ranking of your listing on any directory
• ·That a directory will remain active or accessible after submission
• ·Any increase in traffic, backlinks, SEO rankings, signups, or revenue

You are paying for the work of submitting your product to directories — not for a guaranteed outcome from any third-party directory.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you have the legal authority to submit the product information you provide and that the product and its associated URL are real, lawful, and belong to you or your organization.

You are responsible for providing accurate product information. Submissions made with false, misleading, or fraudulent information are prohibited.

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. Prices are displayed in USD and are one-time payments — there are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

We do not offer refunds because a directory rejected your listing, took longer to approve than expected, or because you did not see the results you hoped for — as these outcomes are outside our control.

We aim to begin processing your submission within a few business days of a completed payment. Submissions are spread over several weeks — this natural pacing is intentional and produces better long-term results for your domain authority.

Submission ≠ Live listing. We submit your product to each directory's form. Each directory then independently reviews, approves, and publishes listings at their own pace — typically 1–14 days for free listings. Some directories are instant; others have longer review queues or may decline listings without explanation.

Directories that require a mandatory account, have an unsolvable image CAPTCHA, or whose submission form is broken will be marked as "skipped" in your report. You will not be charged separately for skipped directories — they are documented transparently in your results.

You agree not to use the Service to submit:

• ·Products or content that are illegal in any jurisdiction
• ·Spam, malware, phishing sites, or deceptive products
• ·Adult content, gambling, or weapons-related products
• ·Products that infringe third-party intellectual property rights
• ·Fake or non-existent products

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any submission that violates these guidelines, with no refund issued.

The directories we submit to are independent third-party websites. We have no affiliation, partnership, or agreement with any of them unless explicitly stated. We do not control their policies, their review processes, or their decisions to approve or reject listings.

Our directory database is maintained on a best-effort basis. Directory websites change, go offline, update their forms, or shut down — we continuously work to keep our database accurate but cannot guarantee any specific directory is available at the time of your submission.

You retain full ownership of the product information you provide. By submitting it through our Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that information solely for the purpose of performing the submissions on your behalf.

The DirectoryAgent website, software, and service design are owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our service without written permission.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We specifically disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific results from using the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DirectoryAgent and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business — arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
