Information you provide directly: When you submit your product, we collect the information you enter in our submission form, including:

• ·Logo URL
• ·Your contact email address

Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not receive, store, or have access to your credit card or bank details. PayPal's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

Usage data: We may collect standard server logs including your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is used solely for operating and improving the service.

We use the information you provide exclusively to:

• ·Submit your product to the directories you purchased submission for
• ·Fill directory forms with the product details you provided
• ·Send your contact email to directories as part of the standard listing process (this is a requirement of most directory forms)
• ·Provide you with your live submission dashboard and results report
• ·Respond to support requests or questions you send us
• ·Improve and maintain the service

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes.

The core function of our service is to submit your product information to third-party directories on your behalf. By using our service, you understand and consent that:

• ·Your product name, URL, description, tagline, and contact email will be submitted to each directory's public submission form — this is the service you are paying for.
• ·Once submitted, your information is governed by each individual directory's own privacy policy and terms of service.
• ·We have no control over how third-party directories store, display, or use the information after submission.
• ·Some directories may publish your contact email publicly on their listing. Review each directory's listing format if this is a concern.

Your submission data is stored in our database (hosted on Supabase with servers in the US) to enable your live dashboard, generate your results report, and allow us to support you if issues arise.

Submission screenshots are stored in secure cloud storage and are only accessible via your private dashboard link.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and secure credential management. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

• ·Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
